Fee & Booking Terms

When Fees Apply: Professional planning fees are due prior to commencing detailed research and itinerary building.
Non-Refundability: Planning fees compensate for the time and expertise dedicated to researching and designing your trip, and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Payment Methods: All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, a $150 administrative cancellation fee applies per booking in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
